Run the whole school
from one place.

Admissions, class routines, exams, tabulation, staff records, attendance and fees — one connected system instead of a shelf of registers and a folder of spreadsheets.

Already running Edunix

In use, on real students, every school day.

Not a pilot and not a prototype — a full institution running its admissions, exams, staff and fees on Edunix.

What it puts away

The paperwork a school already does — done once, in one place.

Every one of these already exists in your office as a register, a spreadsheet or a stack of photocopies. Edunix keeps them as one record, so a roll number typed at admission is the same roll number on the admit card, the tabulation sheet and the fee invoice.

SMS · ERP · HRM · Accounts

Four systems most schools buy separately. Here they are one.

A student information system, the academic ERP that runs routines and results, an HRM for staff and their duties, and a double-entry accounts module — sharing one database, so nothing has to be reconciled between them.

SMS School management

Students and academics

One student record, one enrolment per academic year — so history survives promotion.

  • Admission, transfer, archive
  • Class routines and exam routines
  • Mark entry, results, merit lists
HRM Human resources

Staff and their duties

Teaching and non-teaching staff, with the duties and approvals that go with them.

  • Designations and promotion paths
  • Leave with multi-step approval
  • Period and exam-hall duties
ERP Access & operations

Who can do what

Role-based access over every page, and the daily attendance that runs underneath it.

  • Roles with view / add / edit / delete per page
  • System users and portal access
  • Employee and student attendance
  • Audit log of every change
ACC Accounts & finance

Fees that post themselves

A real double-entry ledger underneath, so collection and reporting agree by construction.

  • Monthly invoice generation
  • Cash counter and online payment
  • Trial balance and balance sheet

Module 01  SMS · Students

Admitted once, enrolled every year.

A student is entered once. Each academic year adds an enrolment — class, section, group, roll — so last year's results stay attached to last year's class while this year moves on. Transfers carry the record across; archiving never deletes it.

  • Filter by year, shift, class, group, gender section and section
  • Photos, guardian details and full address on one form
  • Bulk update a whole class in a grid, or export to Excel and PDF
  • Fourth-subject overrides per student, the way the board expects
Students — filter, search, export
The student list with filters for year, shift, class and section, a search box and a table of enrolled students.

Module 02  SMS · Exams & results

Mark entry on Sunday, tabulation sheet on Monday.

Set the marking structure once — written, MCQ, practical, pass marks — and the sheet, the grade, the GPA and the position all follow from it. Absent and expelled are recorded per component, not fudged as a zero.

  • Grading policies on the GPA-5 scale, with your own grade boundaries
  • Keyboard-driven mark entry that saves only what changed
  • Nine printable reports: tabulation, merit list, subject detail, summaries
  • Release results to parents per class, when you are ready
Result statistics — pass rate and grade spread
Result statistics showing pass rates and grade distribution bars per subject.

Module 03  HRM · Staff

Who teaches what, who approves whose leave.

Staff records carry qualifications, employment history and, for teachers, an NTRCA and MPO profile. Duties link a teacher to the periods on the routine and the halls on exam day — and the system refuses to double-book them.

  • Designations with promotion paths
  • Leave types with annual quotas and multi-tier approval chains
  • Class teachers per section, attendance per day
  • Attendance device rows pre-filled, ready for the teacher to confirm
Staff — teaching and non-teaching
The staff list with tabs for teaching and non-teaching staff and a searchable table.

Module 04  ERP · Access & attendance

Everyone sees their own job, and nothing else.

Roles are built page by page — view, add, edit and delete set separately on each — so the accountant never opens mark entry and a teacher never opens the ledger. Every change is written to an audit log with the user and the time.

  • Role-based access across all 47 pages of the panel
  • System users, portal access, suspend and force password reset
  • Employee attendance, and student attendance from the device
  • Audit log with before and after values on every edit
Access roles — permissions per page
The access roles screen: a list of roles beside a permission matrix with view, add, edit and delete columns for every page.

Module 05  ACC · Fees & ledger

A cash counter on top, a real ledger underneath.

Generate a month's invoices for a class in one run. Take payment at the counter or online, print the receipt, and every entry posts itself to the chart of accounts — so the trial balance is right without anyone reconciling it by hand.

  • Fee categories priced per class, invoices per billing month
  • Cash, bank and online payment with receipts in ৳
  • Manual vouchers: receipt, payment, contra, journal
  • Ledger, trial balance, income statement, balance sheet
Invoices — status, period and outstanding
The invoice list showing invoice numbers, billing periods, amounts and payment status.

Money, at a glance

The office already knows what was collected. Now the head does too.

Collection against the month, what is still outstanding, who owes the most, and the last payments that came in — on one screen, from the same ledger the accountant posts to.

Finance dashboard
The finance dashboard with collection totals, a payment status donut, a six-month collection trend and a list of top defaulters.

Not just the office

Everyone gets the part that concerns them.

One login each, scoped by role. Nobody sees a page they have no business on — and nobody phones the office for a mark sheet again.

Students & parents

This week's routine, upcoming exams, published results, fee invoices, and paying online.

Teachers

Their own weekly periods and exam duties, their section's attendance, and mark entry for the classes they teach.

Staff

Their profile, leave balance, leave requests — and, for approvers, the queue waiting on them.

Administrators

Roles built page by page, with view, add, edit and delete set separately — and an audit log of every change.

Built here, not translated here

It already knows how a Bangladeshi school works.

These are not settings someone has to configure around. They are how the system was built in the first place.

GPA-5, and your grade table

Grading policies per class with your own boundaries and comments. Fourth subject handled the way the board counts it.

Bangla throughout — বাংলায়

Names in both scripts, and Bangla that renders correctly in every printed report, conjuncts and all.

Shifts and gender sections

Morning and Day shifts, Boys and Girls sections, Science and Commerce groups — the real shape of a class.

A Ramadan routine

A second timetable for Ramadan that you set once and switch to, rather than rewriting every period.

Admit cards and seat plans

Generated for a class or a roll range, with the exam timetable printed on the card.

Fees in ৳, paid the local way

Invoices and receipts in taka, with online payment through the gateway parents already use.
